stale food unwelcome attention
The breakfast was acceptable. I didn't find anything particularly objectionable.
I must say, the housekeeping left something to be desired. A trolley filled with food sat near my room for two days. the debris attracted some unwelcome attention and smelled stale.

public transport access helpful staff clean room
The hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around quite simple. The staff was helpful when I needed directions. I found the room very clean upon arrival and the daily service kept it that way.
The gym was a bit small, with limited equipment.

Breakfast offered a good selection. There were many choices. The selection at breakfast seemed always to be replenished. That was convenient. I thought the Bistro burger was delicious!!!

The location is very near the Ostbahnhof. The S and U network access is convenient. I found access to public transport into the city center very easy. A tram leaves right in front of the hotel.

The staff supported an early check in request. The front desk staff was generally helpful with directions. I appreciated that the staff was also very friendly. They make the place cute.

train station location breakfast options comfortable bed nice toiletries
the hotel is near the train station which was very helpful for getting around. the breakfast had plenty of options and was constantly restocked. my room was a good size and included a comfortable bed. the shower had nice toiletries that i appreciated.
the air conditioning in my room was not as effective as i would have liked it to be.

the breakfast selection featured a wide variety of items. staff constantly replenished the buffet. i observed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the dining area seemed clean and well kept.

my superior king room included a king-sized bed. the room featured an armchair with a footstool and a small table. i noticed the bathroom had good toiletries. overall, the space felt functional and clean.

the hotel is conveniently located close to public transport. the train station offers easy access to the city center. i saw that it takes only a few minutes to walk there. the ease of access was a definite plus.
